Sherri was taught the fundamentals of home ownership, rental turnover, upkeep, and Property Management early on by her parents, who made their living in this field. Sherri returned to the field of real estate and Property Management after a career in teaching. She works with both multi-unit structures and single-family residences. She puts a lot of effort into establishing rapport with home owners in order to determine the best pricing and marketing strategies for successful rentals and effective house maintenance.
