I am a business owner, long time home renter, and pride myself on being a great "reader" of people. About 4 months ago I was looking to move back down to the south end and found a great condo/townhouse in Tacoma offered by Zaran Sayre and Associates Inc. From start to finish they were extremely professional, friendly, and on point in every way. I have rented over 5 properties in the last 15 years and they have been by far the easiest to deal with. Last month the dishwasher went out at the property and they had a technician out within a few days at my convenience. They put in a new dishwasher and were totally on top of it unlike other landlords/leasing companies that I have dealt with in the past. Marissa is amazing! Her follow up is phenomenal and if she is busy she has her staff reach out for her. They always answer my emails and phone calls and I couldn't be more impressed with them. I will definitely recommend them. I am also planning on purchasing a few investment properties and Marissa at Zaran Sayre is who I will manage my properties. We were reluctant to have anyone other than ourselves manage our "other property." It was our labor of love but time wouldn't allow us to manage it properly. A friend recommended Zaran Sayre & Associates and we are absolutely delighted. Any issues are fixed immediately with a minimum of expense. Any HOA conversations/updates are handled through our ZS & A rep (Barbara) and it's done quickly and efficiently and communicated back.

Zaran lives by their motto, putting people in homes. Zaran gave my partner and I the opportunity to have our first place together. We didn't have anything perfect, but they saw that we were serious and dedicated. At the time I was also a student, most of my money was from financial aid and they had no problem with that. I appreciate them very much, and I plan on staying with them for a while, maybe a house one day.
